Israelfest 60 Sign Up Form
Please fill out this brief registration form for Temple Micah's big celebration of Israel's 60th anniversary on May 4 from noon to 4:00 pm. It will get forwarded to our coordinator and the Temple office. Suggested donation is $7.50 per person or $18 per family. Please mail (or drop off) a check to
the office made out to "Temple Micah" with "IsraelFest" in the memo
field. You can also pay at the door. Please contact us if you have any questions.
