Israeli Wine Tasting - Feb. 9, 2008

Please fill out this brief registration form which will get forwarded to our wine tasting organizers and the Temple office.  There is a $25 charge per person.  Please mail (or drop off) a check to the office made out to "Temple Micah" with "wine tasting" in the memo field.  You can also pay at the door.  Please contact the coordinators if you have any questions.
